When i play a system audio file (.wav,.ogg) i hear no sound the first time.Play it again and i can hear it.The same problem manifests itself when system sounds are not played on first occurrence of the event it has been configured for.
For e.x. a warning beep does not come around when the action is performed the first time.
My codec file is here. http://ix.io/2rCv . Using the sound card 0. hdmi out from the nvidia card.
kde version 5.19.3 , arch kernel 5.7.10
Appreciate any help how to go about debugging the issue
