KVM and lightdm does not work

I suspect that the lightdm Display Manager is trying to set my monitor at 100Hz (this shows in xrandr).

DisplayPort-1 connected 3440x1440+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 795mm x 334mm
   3440x1440    100.00 +  60.00*

But the KVM I am using does not support 100Hz, so I need a way to tell lightdm to run in 60 Hz and not 100.

I am sure it must be something in:

/etc/lightdm/lightdm.config

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: KVM and lightdm does not work

So apparently lightdm keeps changing to 100Hz, and I wrote a script to change it back. I just wish it would "stick" but everytime I switch the KVM it goes back to 100Hz.
