I have a laptop with a primary SSD and an HDD installed in a 2nd HDD caddy.
I'd like to achieve the following: dual-booting Arch, in SSD, and windows10 on HDD and one partition on the HDD with ext4 file system to have some bindmounts there. So I'm thinking about unplugging all drives except the HDD ( putting it in replace of the main drive slot ), install windows 10 then shrink its partition to fee up some space. Then unplug the drive, plug in the SSD and install Arch. Then plug in both drives and format/mount the remaining space in Arch. Installing both systems in UEFI mode.

So when I install Arch I don't have to make an EFI partition? I always liked having /boot for EFI and / for the rest of the drive so what should I do when I install Arch when I only have the SSD plugged in? So I just mount the whole SSD under / and that's it?
2 - What is the recommended way to make the USB sticks for windows 10 with as I had some trouble with some tools in the past.
