Issues connecting to a Bluetooth device

Hello,
I have issues connecting to a Bluetooth headset (AirPods Pro) using bluetoothctl. After typing "power on" and "connect 40:70:F5:E3:1B:10", bluetoothctl returns this error:

Failed to connect: org.bluez.Error.Failed

Connecting works perfectly on my other laptop running PopOS.
My Wireless card is detected as a USB device:

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 8087:8001 Intel Corp.

After a quick search using dmesg, I found that my card is a Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless AC 7265. Here’s informations on it on linux-hardware.org. According to this, link, there are issues with it on ArchLinux:

Unresolved problems with some bluetooth devices exists (mouse occasionally disconnects, one wireless audio device can't connect at all).

I searched the Internet, but I only found iwlwifi drivers, while my bluetooth device uses btusb as its driver (Linux* Support for Intel® Wireless Adapters).
Do you have any idea on how to solve this?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Issues connecting to a Bluetooth device

I can confirm this issue exists.
Other headsets connect without problems in my case, the AirPods Pro do not.
