Text issue in applications menu and other windows

Hello, so i have this issue when sometimes the text is really weird. Just look at the picture and you know what i mean. How can i fix that?

Looks like a garbledc glyph cache - please post your xorg log and the output of "glxinfo".
Does this only happen w/ QML applications or all over the place? (Eg. also in your browser when using the same font)

And it only happens in the applications menu and for example if i copy something and look at the tiny window with the details. So i guess its only happening in these QML Applications.

When this happens the next time, try to run "nvidia-settings -a GlyphCache=0" to disable the glyph cache in the driver ("nvidia-settings -a GlyphCache=1" to re-enable it), though it seems QML has an internal glyph cache.
In the OpenGL page of nvidia-settings, is the "image quality" slider all the way to "performance"?

There is no slider, but in the OpenGL page Image Settings is set to High Performance.

Change it more towards quality and see whether the issue shows up again (you could start by moving it to high quality. If it still happens, that's not related)

No, it happened again. Im going now to try the nvidia-settings -a GlyphCache=0 command. Hope that will fix it.

Okay, after ive set the image quality to high quality and doing the nvidia-settings -a GlyphCache=0 command it still comes up. What should i try next? Or do i need to run the command every time after i shutdown my PC?

I'm pretty sure the glyph cache setting is transient (you can check "nvidia-settings -q GlyphCache" to inspect the state)
However, dis- and re-enabling is should™ immediately clear the cache…

I assume restarting the plasma-desktop process "fixes" it?

The state is currently 1, so it re-enables. But i think the issue is happening because of a theme, didnt see the issue coming up with the default Global Theme. Could that be the problem?

Might be if the theme exceeds some texture memory quota - or does the theme also control the font?

The font of the theme where the issues happens is the same as in the Default Theme, so it doesnt control the font
And, what i forgot to tell you (i dont know if its important) but when the issue appears, i just can "close" and reopen the applications menu until the issue is not happening again. So its just something temporarily, i guess?
