ncmpcpp clock is flickering

Hi, there.

So, I just installed and configured mpd and ncmpcpp and I can play music, view visualizations and see the time.

Only problem is that the time flickers.

I have looked this up and found an old mail trail from the developers who never quite addressed it.

Has anyone experienced this before and fixed it?

Terminal = st.

Fixed it.

I applied a "sync" patch from suckless and now my clock is solid.
