[SOLVED] Difference between a package maintainer and contributor?

May be the most newbie post I will make smile. But, I would like to contact whomever
is in charge of a package in the official arch repos. In the PKGBUILD, there are
two different categories of emails: maintainer and contributor.

What is the difference between them?

And, who should I contact if I would like to request a change to the PKGBUILD?

Thanks!

See Bug_reporting_guidelines to file a bug report or feature request.

Contributors are those who have contributed to the packages maintenance other than the maintainer.
