Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 Bluetooth not working

So I installed arch on my laptop and I have the Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 Wireless card which also has bluetooth. Wifi works perfectly fine but bluetooth does not. I have looked at other forum posts and I have confirmed that linux-firmware is installed. What would I need to do in order to get bluetooth working on my arch install. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 5579.

Do you have the bluez package installed?
