No ACPI Wake devices in /proc/acpi/wakeup

Using an Insignia Flex 11.6 Windows 10 tablet with an Atom x5 SoC and and attached keyboard with track pad.

Installed Arch with a 32bit EFI boot loader and XFCE/LightDM. The thing works great and is generally solid with the exception of of some Power Management issues...

My last real issue to sort out is that when I suspend to RAM, there are no wakeup devices and the only way to resume the tablet is to push the power button or trip the LID sensor. These do not appear to be interpreted as ACPI events however, so I am not sure what's going on.

That is to say that cat /proc/acpi/wakeup displays no devices:

Pressing the power button will resume it (but the event is not see by acpi_listen or xev...) I can see

I figure since this is a super cheap windows 10 tablet, the ACPI implementation is juist garbage, but I figured I would ask and see if anyone else has seen a similar situation. Ideally, Id like to be able to wake up the tablet from the keyboard, and longer term get the power button recognized as a proper power button...
