[SOLVED] Where are the URL handler options in Plasma 5.19?

On older versions I was able to tell Plasma to not scan links before opening them, however in the latest version I can not find the same option, has it been moved to a different place?

I found an alternative way to disable URL scanning by using the command line:

kwriteconfig5 --file ~/.config/kdeglobals --group General --key BrowserApplication chromium.desktop
