Hey, I've been using arch since 2017, now after last update, I can't login, after entering the password tty says 'Login incorrect'. I tried to add new user from live, but it did not help, also passwords remains old in live. Any ideas ?

For me, I had this problem after accidentally removing my user's shell from /etc/shells. Weird error message, but it might be a generic "Login Incorrect" error for security reasons. Could be something more like "Unavailable shell".

pacman creates a file /etc/shells.pacnew when upgrading. If you simply replace /etc/shells with that new file, you will encounter this problem
