Blender ImportError: cannot import name 'orientation_helper_factory'

HI, I am using Blender 2.90 and wanted to activate an add-on, but the list is empty.

By starting blender via terminal I get the following message:

Uninstalling blender, checking if /usr/share/blender/ has been removed and installing blender again didn't help.

Any ideas?
