How to shrink Arch partition

Hi, I'm trying to do something fairly simple but I don't want to make a mistake so I figured I would post on the forums.

Basically, I had previously allocated ~48 GB for my Windows 10 partition, but I need more space. I have ~418 GB allocated to Arch, but I would like to change this to around 150GB for Windows and 316GB for Arch.

Currently, my partitions look like this (from Windows Disk Management):

Disk 0 partition 1 (EFI System Partition, 260MB)
Disk 0 partition 4 (Recovery Partition, 1000MB)
Disk 0 partition 5 (Primary Partition, 8.00 GB) : [I believe this is Linux swap space]
Disk 0 partition 6 (Primary Partition, 418.86 GB): [Arch]
Windows (C:) (NTFS, Boot, Page File, Crash Dump, Primary Partition, 48.83 GB): [Windows].

When I right click on the Arch partition, the "shrink" option is greyed out in Windows disk management. What is the easiest way to add space to Windows while shrinking the Arch partition?

(I guess I could back everything up and reinstall, but that seems like overkill.) Thanks for reading.

windows cant read the linux filesystem so it wont work, if you want a gui app to do this i suggest gparted live or if you want to learn more read this page

edit: forgot to mention BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP first before doing anything !

Just a short while ago I did some resizing using the latest Ubuntu live cd. I made sure I had internet om the live environment. When you're in the process, you could always post a screenshot of your intended actions before you click the gparted checkbox
Gparted is a tool that should do the job.And sits on Ubuntu lice-cd's.

Make a backup of any data you care about first. Shrinking is not a safe operation.

Also, not all filesystems can shrink, which are you using on the partition you want to reduce the size of?
