[SOLVED] Steam not showing text

Hi there,

I am having an issue with Steam no showing text in the popup windows or at the top of the steam window, I get weird glyphs kind of, There is a screenshot below. Let me know if you want logs.

So I was able to solve my own question. For anyone looking for a solution to this in the future.

The issue was that I did not have the font being used by the Steam application on my Arch Linux Install.

The solution was to

 yay -Syu ttf-ms-fonts
