hi. my webcam, for out of the blue, is now having terrible quality on all my programs (cheese, obs studio, linphone appimage), and is also being laggy/slow to show movement.

i have never suspended or hibernated.
i suspect this issue happend after the linphone appimage, when i set my linphone calls to have low video quality.
UPDATE:
quality inside the linphone app is it great now.

- linphone appimage: looking great
- cheese: terrible quality
- obs studio: after deleting the obs video source device, when trying to add a new video source device it shows none (?!)

I have set the resolution manually in each app (obs-studio and linphone appimage) and now everything seems to be working.
On obs-studio I had the resolution set as 'Leave Unchanged'.
I delete cheese because it was setting the webcam video resolution to low, and doing so, it was affecting obs-studio resolution.
