unified communication function keys F9, F10 and F11 - not detected

Hello,

Recently acquired a Lenovo P15s laptop and of course had to dual boot with arch.

All is well in the world so far.

Now, Lenovo recently adjusted the Fn keys and added what they call "New unified communications function keys enable rapid answer and hang up of calls". See link

You can see a picture of the keys i am talking about here (see F9-F11)

xev unfortunately does not recognize a key press on these keys.

Anyone have any experience with this type if issue?

Any input is much appreciated.
