Bluetooth not working on RTL8822BE/

Hello everyone,

I use Arch on an HP 250 G7 6EC71EA

The laptop uses the RTL8822BE chip for WiFi and BT. While WiFi works just fine, I have also loaded btusb but still Bluetooth doesn't work.
Bluetoothctl show says

No default controller available

and list prints out nothing.
