Installing Arc-gtk-theme and Arc-icon-theme

Hi could any body tell me pleas, how to install arc-gtk-theme and arc-icon-theme to the fresh Arch with runned i3?

When I had setuped a Thunar it's looks ugly colord in gray color cheme. I did tryed setup GTK3 teheme from guides and nothing to work

How I can integrate it to my dots?
