[Solved] linux-zen-5.9.1 borks boot

The new linux-zen-5.9.1 kernel borks the boot process. At the boot loader screen, I saw “I/O Read Error” when selecting the 5.9.1 kernel, and was stuck at the bootloader screen.

You probably want to provide a bug report against that package in addition to the forum post if you haven't already.  Does the 5.9.1-ARCH kernel boot for you?

Re: [Solved] linux-zen-5.9.1 borks boot

Very odd, I reinstalled the linux-zen-5.9.1 kernel to retry it, and it works this time. I tried to launch sway after upgrading my kernel to manually update some other git packages, but the computer froze after trying to launch sway. Maybe that bugged out the first boot with the new kernel.
