Bluetooth was working and connected to wireless headphone but the connectivity was very laggy i was tend to be very close to the laptop then was working ok, I didn't touch anything, Then suddenly bluetooth not working and shows that no default adapter available.
I did these:
sudo systemctl enable bluetooth
sudo systemctl start bluetooth
sudo systemctl start dbus Bluez and bluez-utils is installed.
output of:
sudo lsmod | grep bluetooth

Did you upgrade to kernel 5.9?
There are some reports of bluetooth problems in the Bug tracker, search for "linux".
