Hi,
So everytime I go fullscreen with F11 on any browser, I get a Blackscreen (Or when going fullscreen on a Video).
Here is a Video of it (When the Browser isn't maximized it works):

I have a GTX 1060 NVIDIA Graphics Card and a i7-8700 CPU.

a) also when you're NOT playing a video in the browser?
b) there seems to be a compositor - which desktop environment/window manager/compositor do you use? Does it happen w/o (eg. w/ an openbox session)?

a) Yes
b) Desktop Environment: KDE/Plasma, Window Manager: KWin, Compositor: I don't really know that, Is there any command or something like that to check that? Does It happen without the Compositor enabled: Nope, but as much as I know the Compositor makes all the Animations etc, and I would like to leave it enabled.

SHIFT+Alt+F12 should™ suspend the compositor on KDE.
What's the output of
qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin supportInformation
(when the compositor is *enabled*)

I'd start by deactivating kwin4_effect_fullscreen
Another pot. offender could be the blur effect.
Edit: oh, and please try w/ a single screen setup.

Disabling kwin4_effect_fullscreen (Also named Full Screen in Desktop Effects) worked perfect, thanks!

You probably want to file an upstream bug at bugs.kde.org.
Other than that, please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
Thanks.

I solved it by setting the backend renderer for the compositor to opengl 3.1. It was set to opengl 2.0 by default and apparently it doesnt agree with fullscreen on my second screen.
