tigervnc: connected locally and remotely display a black screen

Hi,

I use tigervnc (vncserver) on my machine to have a remote access to it.
My desktop environment is Gnome.

I have 2 different uses of cases :

- 1) It's not very conventional, but I use it to create a independent virtual desktop to stream video with OBS. It was the best solution I found to have 60 +fps and don't have issue with sound/mouse/keyboard/windows "collision".
- 2) To work remotely on my computer to access data or launch programs.

In both of the case I was connected locally and remotely at the same time with the same user.

I used it a lot during the begin of the pandemic (march to june). At this time, I think we had 3.36 and tigervnc 1.10.
It works pretty well with a basic configuration an a small xstartup.

Xstartup :

#!/bin/sh

unset SESSION_MANAGER
unset DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS
exec dbus-launch gnome-session

I notice tigervnc 1.11 change a lot of stuff, so I update the configuration file and change the way how I start vncserver based on the wiki.
However, in my uses of cases, I only got a black screen.

I opened a github issue which bring me here today.

What I know is :
- xstartup seems no more used with tigervnc 1.11
- The issue is not present if I use another user or if the user is not connected locally
- The issue doesn't seems present if i use another Desktop environment (Gnome for local user and another desktop environment for vnc. I tested Lxqt and plasma which is my workaround actually)

I would like to know if someone knows how to have the possibility to be connected locally and remotely with the same user on tigervnc 1.11+ ?
