Hi, I have a problem with my bluetooth mouse. A few days ago it stopped connecting to my PC and I have to re-pair it at every boot. I have no idea where there could be a problem. I tried connecting my BT speaker and that reconnects right away. I tried pairing the mouse with my android phone and that also reconnects after reboot. The only combination that doesn't work is my mouse + PC after a reboot.
I think these are the relevant lines from journalctl:

Any idea why this might be happening?

Hello,
interesting I have the exact same issue as you with my M720 thriatlon mouse. I don't have the keyboard so I can not report on that one.
I'm not sure why this is happening.
I have a thinkpad T14 AMD with Intel AX200 bluetooth. I tried bluetoothctl and interface and no difference in those. Waking from suspend does work correctly.

I think it might have something to do with the recent kernel update regarding bluetooth security.
Btw that keyboard is part of the Triathlon mouse (the custom-mappable buttons are considered a keyboard I think)

Prior discussions and suggested fix on wiki - see if that works. Not sure if it is the same issue:
