KDE Plasma: Application Menu has no shutdown or restart button

Hello, for the past month or so, the restart, shutdown, and sleep buttons will not show up in the KDE application menu. Once in a blue moon they will be there again, and I don't know what is causing this. This morning I had the buttons and then restarted my computer and they were gone. So I shut down my computer completely and booted, they were still gone, so any guesses are appreciated.

Try creating up a new user and therefore completely "from scratch" KDE configs. Do you still have the problem there? If so, then there's a local config that's causing it. If the problem is also with a brand new user, it's likely a bug.
