i3-wm open file dialog displays incorrect

For example, I need to open file in Transmission (GTK version), I tried rule: "for_window ... floating enabled" etc. but this not affect open file dialog because it already has floating mode. I can use fullscreen rule, but it's not a variant for me. I think a solution may be something like: set custom size and position for application class... But I don't now how, open file dialog has same class (of parent).
It's not about Transmission only, many other applications has this issue.
Yes, I can resize window do my work and forget, but I very often use this and I want to configure it correctly.
What do you say?

man gsettings
gettings help
gsettings list-keys org.gtk.Settings.FileChooser
gsettings get org.gtk.Settings.FileChooser window-size
