I just ran a full update and after rebooting I am seeing this message in the journal:

I've the same message reported in the journal, in my case it appeared after installing two Gnome's extensions, to be specific they are 'Vitals' and 'Freon', both used to check on some system parameters like temperature, cpu load, memory usage etc. I'd assume that probably one of these programs is trying to retrieve information that are not available for some specific hardware configuration, though, I repeat myself, it is just an assumption.

Same issue here, this error occasionally shows up in my logs. Dell Inspiron 5593 with i5-1035G1.

I found a thread over on a manjaro forum

following the links it would appear appending intel_pstate=active to the kernel line solves the problem.

After today's update I was receiving this message in my journalctl:
Thermal DTS or hwmon: No Zones present Need to configure manuallyAfter restarting the service I experienced this very message you're talking about. Adding the parameter above seems to have fixed the issue.
Always backup important files when editing it.
