Installation on a device without internel

I want to install Arch on a device without internet.

In fact, I [bold]can[/bold] have internet but only through a Asus PCE AC56 adapter (this one in fact).
I know it's a Broadcom device and therefore, not supported by default.

I must admin I don't know how to install Arch, as all method I know require access to Internet.

I tried this method but after reboot… disk is unbootable.

So… I'm a bit lost.

I think the easiest would be to setup wifi connection through this driver.  Is it doable ?

I tried to install `broadcom-wl` package, but event after, a `device list` in `iwd` doesn't return anything.

So… how can I install Arch with(out?) Internet ?

Thanks.

broadcom-wl is on the install disk, does that not work for this adapter?

Re: Installation on a device without internel

I think you can probably get whatever problem you had with the official Wiki instructions fixed, give us some logs, exact error messages and better description than "disk is unbootable".

However, I'll ask the obvious question: is there a hard-wired Ethernet port on the machine you can (temporarily) use to connect to the Internet via cable and get the OS installed and then the Broadcom wl driver?
