[SOLVED] Do hardware change require any special system changes?

I have quite old intel i5 2500k with 16GB DDR3 and Nvidia GPU on asrock pro3 p67

I  want to change CPU to Ryzen 7 with 16GB DDR4 on MSI x570 motherboard. GPU I'll change in the future (soon I hope) and it will (probably) be something from AMD.

Do I have to do something "special"?

Steps I can think of are:
For CPU:
installation of amd-ucode (optionally remove intel ucode)
after arch-chroot new grub installation.

In the future for GPU
remove Nvidia propraietary drivers
installation everything for mesa vulkat etc.

For RAM
nothing to do.

You may need to boot with the fallback initrd when switching motherboard and regenerate the initrd to update required modules.
