Use xfce4-weather-plugin with a window manager?

Hello guys
I'm on Archlinux with Qtile window manager which support system tray.I already use clipman plugin and it's working great, I wanted to use xfce4-weather-plugin, but after installation when I launch it  using the terminal, the system can't seem to recognize that command!
Does any one out there, was able  to use xfce4-weather-plugin with a window manager?
Thank you in advance

It's a plugin for the xfce4 panel. So you have to use the panel in qtile, if that works.

Thank you! I'm quite happy with Qtile bar.I'll stick with the default yahoo weather that comes with Qtile.
