How to submit an issue on a GitLab repository?

Hi,

I would like to submit an issue on the archlinux-docker repository, which is hosted on GitLab, but I am unable to login.
The only identity provider available is "Arch Linux SSO", but I cannot figure out how to register an account.

How am I supposed to contribute to such a repository?

Arch GitLab is not open to public yet, people are still working on that. In the meantime, the best way is probably contacting the project maintainers directly with your issue.
