How should I handle important log messages from systemd journal?

I keep having issues with my computer. Sometimes I'm kicked out from my gnome-session without any obvious reason. Sometimes while I'm using Zoom and sharing my screen, my computer restarts. I would like to know how I can find out what's causing those errors. I have the feeling I could find out what's causing those errors by investigation systemd logs. This is a screenshot of logs.

How should I handle those logs? If I google them I see a lot of people asking for help, but no real help or solution.

Thanks

Please do not post screenshots of text.  The messages relate to at least three different issues.  None of which would cause the computer to restart.
Please pick one issue per thread to investigate.  Do you want to investigate the restarting of the computer or one of the issues from the journal,  if the journal issues which one.
