Keep slept after disconnected?

I use Arch Linux with GNOME desktop environment on ThinkPad X1 Carbon.
I usually charge my laptop while it's sleeping and disconnect when it completely charged.
But it causes problem. When connect/disconnect from power source, my laptop wakes up.

I think it's not a hardware problem because it keeps sleeping if it running Windows.
I think it can be solved with kernel or DE settings, but I couldn't find way to solve it.
Is there a way to keep sleeping when connect to/disconnect from power source?

Re: Keep slept after disconnected?

`/proc/acpi/wakeup' might allow to change this.  I am not sure though which flag to change.
