Firefox changes speed when volume is changed

What the title says. I first realized that it happens on Youtube, it happen on a few other websites but not all, for example soundcloud doesn't have this issue.
Here's how it looks like: https://streamable.com/lmo91l
I tested that on a clean profile and it was the same.
I use pulseaudio, if that matters.
I don't know what logs to show you! so tell me and I will

It's not a bug, it's a feature! Now you can be a DJ.

Now more seriously: what gpu and gpu driver do you use? And what DE? Is Firefox hardware acceleration enabled?
I don't confirm this on my hardware (GM107 nouveau).

I use i3wm. Yes, Firefox is hardware accelerated with "layers.acceleration.force-enabled" set to true. I don't use hardware video acceleration. Intel HD 4000 on xf86-video-intel and GF117M on nouveau.
Turns out, bumblebee had a problem when running (I installed it to turn off my nvidia because I don't need it). I'll try to turn off the GPU with ACPI and report in.

I turned off the GPU with ACPI and the bug is still there.
