Firefox crashes when printing

All of the sudden Firefox (ver. 1.5.0.7) crashes every time I print.
I'm using the downloadable version from Mozilla.
My Arch is up-to-date.
The error I get is :

/home/ralvez/firefox/run-mozilla.sh: line 131: 12799 Segmentation fault      "$prog" ${1+"$@"}

I installed mozilla-firefox (today as a test) from the extras repository and it does not crash but the fonts are very thin and small ... so I have a feeling this is related to a fonts issue.
Any ideas as to how to further troubleshoot this? Has anyone had a similar problem?

For the tiny fonts, did you tried to adjust them in the firefox Preferences ?

In the coldest code storm there is always a snowman cool
Thanks for the replay!! I do not feel so lonely now (misery likes company wink)
No I did not. The tiny fonts ony happen with the version installed from pacman -Sy mozilla-firefox and that version prints just fine.
I installed the one from the respository to see if I can spot something to give me a clue ... and that's when I noticed the problem with the fonts.

The version that fails is the one in my home directory. I downloaded it directly from Mozilla ( I have alwyas done it that way BTW ) and is the one that suddenly fails to print but the fonts work just fine.

I suppose it has something to do with a path error. I'm not sure what the error

Segmentation fault      "$prog" ${1+"$@"}

is trying to  help me find ...  wink
