Setup up monitors with nvidia-settings?

I had Arch installed on my laptop a year or two ago and I'm sure I remember being able to setup monitors and more using nvidia-settings (or something similar), but in the time inbetween then and now, the option seems to have disappeared. I'm quite sure it had options to set up monitors as well as a whole heap of other stuff (anti-aliasing settings, performance sliders, etc.).

If I install nvidia-settings now, I just get this, which is kind of (or completely) useless:

Am I missing something or forgetting something?

Has anyone got any tips? Currently the monitors (laptop and HDMI plugged in) are just cloned. Am I going to have to use xrandr to manually configure them or something?

This kind of sucks. It used to be so easy...
