Unable to get sound on Arch KDE Plamsa installation on Hyper-V VM

I followed the instructions on the wiki - https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Hyper-V to have the xrdp packages installed

I am able to login into the guest machine using EnhancedSession mode through xrdp [Xorg option in the dropdown menu]

I can see the sound devices for xrdp-sink and xrdp-source but I cant hear any sounds when I try to play some videos on youtube.

Can you please help me with this issue. Thanks.
