Thinkpad X1 Extreme bootsplash with plymouth,sddm and cinnamon desk

Hi Fellas!

I have a Arch System with a bootsplash from plymouth. As login-manager i have sddm on autologin and cinnamon desktop.

So first the firmware of Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Extreme (Gen.1) shows me up over 8 Seconds before the loginsite is coming for the cryptsetup.
I updated to latest Version of Firmware (1.33) but don't boot faster the firmware.
After it i have installed Optimus-Manager for my Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti.
So the bootsplash show me only on shutdown and before shutdown and startup they show me a little image of a archlogo.
I can't find this archlogo and don't know how i make that is a smooth transision from bootsplash arch theme to the cinnamon desktop.

In my mkinitcipo.conf i have this configuration

MODULES=(ext4 dm_mod dm_crypt vfat nvidia nvidia_modeset nvidia_uvm nvidia_drm)
HOOKS=(base systemd sd-plymouth autodetect modconf block mdadm_udev keyboard sd-vconsole sd-encrypt sd-lvm2 fsck filesystems>

My /etc/plymouth/plymouthd.conf

# Distribution defaults. Changes to this file will get overwritten during
# upgrades.
[Daemon]
Theme=dark-arch
ShowDelay=0
DeviceTimeout=8

The Output of

plymouth-set-default-theme -l

is

[morta@lapt0p ~]$ plymouth-set-default-theme -l
bgrt
dark-arch
details
fade-in
glow
script
solar
spinfinity
spinner
text
tribar

So i hope to find some help for a smooth transision from firmware to open luks and login to cinnamon over sddm

Thanks Guys!!!
