Sway floating window bar

I put together a taskbar for Sway to make floating window / stacking layout handing a bit handier.

The program adds a taskbar (to pick windows - especially if the window you need is covered by other floating windows), a placement method (to open new windows in a more rational way than just plopping them in the center of the screen), and a set of widgets to display information from system files (i.e. output of regex on defined files).

I dropped the code at https://github.com/LBCrion/sfwbar

Alas, AUR registration fails to send me a registration e-mail, so I can't add the build to the AUR for now.
