Issues during flashing - "systemd-coredump"

Hello

I have a desktop with core i7 / 32GB RAM / 512 GB NVMe SSD (the one which directly attaches to the mother board) and NVidia quadro M4000 graphics card.

While I was tying to flash the latest ISO (downloaded from here https://archlinux.org/download/ and 2021.01.01 release), when I got to flashing the Grub, my screen just started printing these messages on the command line interrupting my commands.

and then while flashing sudo... it happens again the following messages get printed.

I can still flash the OS and it goes fine but then after the booting up of the OS, I get continuous freezes.

I have done the flashing three times now and everytime its the same issue. Before the system boots ups after the freeze, I also get journerling error!

This issue doesn't occur on my laptop which has AMD cpu.

Can anyone advise if the freezing of the OS is because of this error? Thanks.

Re: Issues during flashing - "systemd-coredump"

You are supposed to install GRUB and efibootmgr from the chroot and not the live disk.  And make sure you set up your early https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Microcode updates before generating the grub config.
