[SOLVED] PC freez after grub in some cases

When I use the system and do restert from terminal
or
when I turn on PC.
After grub there is only a blinking cursor.

During this freez, when I reboot the system do ctrl+alt+delete boot process is normal. After grub there is a one line info about systemd version and gnome is starting.

Don't know what info I should provide.
