ELAN Touchpad sometimes not working

like the titled says, when turning on my laptop sometimes touchpad doesn't work at all, or sometimes after suspend.

xinput or libinput can't detect at all if the touchpad isn't working.
but if it's working when using wayland using xinput my touchpad can't be detect but using libinput it shows. other than that using Xorg works fine using xinput when touchpad is working.

the problem why? anybody can shows me a little light on how to fixed this annoying one....

when touchpad is working
xinput list --name-only

ELAN2204:00 04F3:30F5 Mouse
ELAN2204:00 04F3:30F5 Touchpad

but even when the touchpad is work using the command above with wayland display can't be detect at all, only with libinput wayland can detect (if it's working)

libinput list-devices

i can do work around if the touchpad isn't working to restart/enable it when using xorg, but how to enable/restart when using wayland since xinput can't detect it...
