2 graphic card is in no iommu group

HI,
I'm currently trying to set up GPU passthrough. I set the GRUB parameter and activated amd-VI.
My second graphic card is in no iommu group.

SETUP:
MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS
Amd Ryzen 9 3900x
Rx 580
2070 super
