Has anyone ever encountered "There has been a critical error on this website" on step 2 for installation of wordpress using PHP 7.4.14?

In which section of the installation process is this occurring?
In other words, what have you already done, commands you initiated and their outputs?
I'm afraid your initial post is quite vague.

The problem was solved, I didn't uncomment the the mysqli extension inside the php.ini file.
