Can't boot computer post arch linux install
I thought I set up my grub installation properly. I didn't when the only option was boot into interface and no Arch Linux or Windows options.
Booting into interface led me into BIOS setup and I think I enabled safe boot. Now when I boot up my computer I don't have any option to select for and once I press Enter it turns off. Is there a way for me to recover?

Hey, can you specify your problem? After installing Arch you have no boot options? Can you upload a picture?

Can you still boot from a usb key?
Does your board offer a shortcut to open the UEFI boot menu (eg. F12)?

I'm not sure if you can see this but this is the picture I took.
"The selected boot device failed. Press <Enter> to continue."
Whenever I press enter the computer shuts off. I think I might have figured out a solution to reset the BIO settings. I will take out my battery and that hopefully will reset everything.

And to clarify:
I did a fresh install of Arch but grub wasn't showing Linux or Windows for a dual boot. So I went into BIO and messed with the wrong setting and now I'm here.

Like you said, it would be a good idea to reset your BIOS to revert any changes you made. If you want to dual boot after installing a clean Arch try using os-prober. Are you using 2 different disks for each OS or only one?
