Snapcraft Failed

I try to install snapcraft on my new machine and I get this Error:"make[1]: Verzeichnis
„/home/marc/Programm/snapd/src/snapd-2.49/data/desktop“ wird verlassen
make: Verzeichnis „/home/marc/Programm/snapd/src/snapd-2.49/data“ wird verlassen
Can't exec "aclocal": Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden at /usr/share/autoconf/Autom4te/FileUtils.pm line 274.
autoreconf: error: aclocal failed with exit status: 2
==> FEHLER: Ein Fehler geschah in build().
    Breche ab..."

Is base-devel group installed ?
