As shown in the picture, the emoji inside the web page is displayed normally, but the emoji on the top of the web page window border is not displayed normally. I have installed noto-fonts, noto-fonts-cjk, noto-fonts-extra, ttf-liberation, noto-color-emoji, but the problem is not solved yet. This is the case for both firefox and vivaldi browsers.

Also, as another picture shows, when I select emoji in the emoji picker, the emoji is not displayed normally in the "copied to clipboard" prompt below, but the emoji is displayed normally in the emoji picker.

What is the reason for this?

The problem can also be described as follows: all the emoji in KDE application are not displayed properly, most of them are blank boxes, only a few of them are displayed, and they are also displayed as "sketch" emoji.

The load order of fonts is important.
My setup is quite different from yours (sway) still this is an example of fonts.conf: https://github.com/GaKu999/dotfiles/blo … fonts.conf
Or better, read the wiki on the subject: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Fo … emoji_font
That assuming the problem is wrong font used for emoji...

Omonk if you wonder where your post went, you accidentally hit report:
Thank you! The problem was solved when I replaced the fonts.conf file with yours. But I still can't find the error in my original fonts.conf file. :-(
well you'd probably have to post your original conf so we can check what the difference is.

Thank you for your help! I did accidentally click on the "report" button. XD Unfortunately, I deleted the original conf file by mistake, so this is the only way to solve the problem for now.

Found it: QTBUG-80434 Qt can't draw some glyphs available in installed fonts if there are too many fallback fonts.
