Nothing changed at all on Windows guests -- perfect audio etc up to kernel 5.10.8
Going back via the pacman archive and rolling back system - to 20 Jan 2021 kernel at 5.10.8 - everything working
rolling forward a day at a time -- after update on 23 Jan to kernel 5.10.9 sound stopped working on the Windows 10 Guest.
Sound is fine on the Linux HOST, and nothing in the Windows system indicates sound is faulty - but no audio !!
So probably something with kernel / pulseaudio, libpulse, pipewire,alsa-card-profiles
Anybody got any ideas on how to fix -I've tried suppressing updates for pipewire, pulseaudi, libpilse and alsa-card-profiles --- but didn't fix the problem.
I also ran a Windows VM under VMWare workstation on the Linux Host -- after the 23 Jan update to kernel 5.10.9 got message from the windows guest /dsp will start disconnected and there's no audio device.
I'n running OK on the 20 Jan update but obviously would like to update my system some time soon.
Thanks

Hi folks
Finally solved libvirt needed the gst-plugins good
sudo pacman -S extra/gst-plugins-good
Now all happy and updated on kernel 5-10-16
@mods - anyway to have an indicator in post / title or whatever that issue is solved --just a suggestion thanks

You add said indicator by editing the title in the first post.
