Failed to Mount Disk at Boot Up

I got the error message "Time out waiting for device" at bootup and fall back to the emergency system on my desktop.

P.S.
I have searched many posts but failed to find the solution. Most of them have different conditions than mine.
I have tried to burn the whole boot area down and follow the reinstallation step to recreate the boot area but it was in vain.
When the system is newly installed, this problem didn't appear.
Also, I install exactly the same configuration for my laptop, and it works fine.
Plus, the same thing happens to my previous system. But the SSD dies so I assume it was the reason, but this SSD is newly bought.

Hope someone could help me out.

When you are dropped to the emergency shell can you access the journal and can you post it using the tip from pastebin?
