[SOLVED] What is happening with the LTS Arch kernel?

What is happening with the LTS Arch kernel?

core/linux 5.10.16.arch1-1
    The Linux kernel and modules
core/linux-lts 5.10.17-1
The LTS Linux kernel and modules

I'm wondering why the LTS version of the kernel is newer than the standard one.
I understand that the 5.10 was declared LTS, but would it be better to release it as core/linux-lts after the switch of core/linux to 5.11?

I love archlinux: the last STABLE kernel release + the last STABLE DE release + the last STABLE apps releases. The upstream developers decide what is STABLE.

Did the previous LTS kernel reach EOL?

No, the 5.4 line will be supported util December 2025.
But the LTS and stable kernel packages have different maintainers.
Maybe Andreas was just faster in updating than Jan.

Yes, sure, different maintainers!
