[SOLVED] Longer press of arow key just moves by one character

Hey guys, yesterday, I’ve updated to Plasma 5.21 but forgot to manually deinstall kwin-lowlatency from AUR and then I had a broken desktop. First, I tried downgrading all upgraded packages to their former version, then I remembered the AUR package, removed it and now Plasma 5.21 does starts. But this downgrading might have caused a side effect: Now, I cannot move the text cursor by pressing an arrow key longer anymore. It just moves one character at a time. It’s global, in Konsole, in Firefox, in Kate. Same with backspace. What is wrong?
One of the upgraded (and downgraded, and upgraded again) packages was xkeyboard-config. Maybe the downgrade did something harmful to my configuration?
